I never understood people’s obsession with fitting into beauty stereotypes…Nor will I ever do!

I really don’t! I seriously think that a woman is gorgeous when she is her natural self. Some women are naturally thin, some others are not and their body complexion is not really prone to be, and either way they are both gorgeous.

I understand this is an appearance obsessed society and bla bla, but if there is something we all have left is our self love. The fact that we don’t look a certain way or fit into a specific size doesn’t automatically mean we are not worth as much as others. I seriously can’t stress that enough.

Obviously we should all worry about taking care of our bodies and keeping them healthy, at the end of the day health is a blessing. But being healthy is not a matter of size, it is a matter of lifestyle. Some people sacrifice their own health just to achieve a certain type of appearance or body, and that simply is a totally heartbreaking thing for me.

Last week I was talking with some classmates and one of them was like: Being fat is disgusting…Ugh all i could say back was being full of prejudices and superficial is in fact disgusting on every possible level STFU. And yes, the talk on “You are beautiful the way you are” is getting old, but I just wanted to say that I really believe that there is a lot of beauty in diversity. Why worry about looking like everybody else, when being unique and standing out from the crowd makes you memorable and beautiful? Just thought I reminded my self of that and hopefully somebody else. x
